Our very own veggie burger created from lentils and fresh local vegetables served on a whole wheat bun with your choice of toppings.

A Trini favourite.  Chick peas in a mild curry sauce wrapped in two flat breads topped with spicy sweet cucumber relish and chutney.

A tasty Middle Eastern treat.  Crispy chick pea patties on a bread of fresh salad topped with tahini sauce, served with hummus and pita bread.

A new twist on an old classic.  Seasonal veggies cooked in a creamy jerk tofu sauce served on your choice of whole wheat penne on tri-coloured fusilli pasta.

A mix of locally grown vegetables and tofu sizzled in organic coconut oil with allspice, ginger and a hint of scotch bonnet pepper.  Served with brown rice.

Chili like you’ve never had it.  Kidney beans, black eyed peas, black beans and sweet corn in a spicy tomato sauce.  Served with crispy garlic bread..

Flame roasted sweet red peppers and zucchini topped with red onion, black olives and mushrooms, drizzled with pesto and toasted to perfection on a whole wheat baguette.
